We build the modifications that make staying put possible — for aging adults, and for people living with a disability or health changes that have affected their mobility. We work with a number of disabled veterans in the area, and we coordinate with case managers, occupational therapists, and home health providers when a project calls for that kind of input.

The bathroom is usually the first room we get called about. We convert tubs to zero-entry showers, replace slick tile with slip-resistant flooring, and set grab bars where they actually get used — anchored into framing, not drywall. It still looks like a bathroom, not a hospital room. Demo, plumbing, tile, and finish work all come from our crew.
